During the peak of Paris’ summer season and the globally celebrated Roland-Garros tournament, Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris served an ace in hospitality with its exclusive Royal Tennis experience, where sport, gastronomy, and culture came together as one to draw guests from around the world, including India.
Held on May 22, 2025, the one-night-only affair unfolded as a curated insight into tennis, bow-tied by Parisian glamour. The event placed guests, largely comprising of global tastemakers, at the heart of the action. Anchoring the experience was a two-night stay at the hotel’s signature art-filled suites.

Notably, Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris, built in 1928 and redesigned by Philippe Starck in 2010, holds “Palace” distinction. With a location just steps from the Arc de Triomphe and a storied legacy steeped in art, cuisine, and culture, it continues to redefine what it means to experience Paris. The hotel offers 149 rooms and suites, including three Presidential Suites, and houses an Art Concierge, private art collection, Art Bookstore, Art Gallery, and a 99-seat Katara Cinema. Since its inception in 1928 and rebirth in 2010 under the eye of designer Philippe Starck, Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris has stood as a beacon of contemporary luxury.
During the Royal Tennis experience, mornings began with indulgent breakfasts at La Cuisine, while days were peppered with access to the 1,500-square-metre Le Raffles Spa & Wellness (which credits itself for housing one of the city’s longest swimming pools). The event culminated with La Fête de Roland Garros at Le Bar Long, attended by professional tennis players Aryna Sabalenka, Frances Tiafoe, Stefanos Tsitsipas, and Ons Jabeur. The evening featured gourmet tastings, cocktails, and signed memorabilia.
