RPSG Ventures Enters Couture Segment With a Strategic Stake in Falguni Shane Peacock
RPSG Ventures Limited has taken its first step into the couture world, choosing Falguni Shane Peacock as the House to anchor its move into luxury fashion. The group now has a 40 per cent stake in FSP Design Private Limited, the company behind Falguni Shane Peacock, with the option to increase its shareholding to 50 per cent over the next 18 to 24 months.
For a conglomerate known for its presence across established sectors, stepping into couture signals a confident expansion of its luxury lifestyle portfolio. The investment comes through a mix of primary infusion and secondary share purchase from founders Falguni Peacock and Shane Jude Peacock, alongside existing shareholders. The goal is straightforward yet ambitious: strengthening global scale, deepening category presence, and building a luxury-ready organisation that can stand shoulder-to-shoulder with international maisons.

The brand’s upward curve is clear in its numbers, with revenues moving from Rs. 68.50 crore in FY 2022–23 to Rs. 76.50 crore in FY 2023–24, and reaching Rs. 91.75 crore in FY 2024–25. What stands out is how the designer-duo have scaled while keeping its couture codes untouched. The craftsmanship remains precise, the silhouettes stay bold, and the sense of drama that defines the label has not dimmed.
For co-founder and creative director Falguni Peacock, the decision aligns with the brand’s direction. “This partnership marks a new chapter for us,” she says. “RPSG’s belief in our vision gives us the support to scale globally while staying true to our heritage and craftsmanship.”
