The Tecnomar for Lamborghini 101FT made a striking debut at its unveiling at the Monaco Yacht Show, showcasing the ultimate expression of Italian luxury and performance on water. Stretching 101 feet, this superyacht marries the bold design language of Lamborghini supercars with cutting-edge maritime engineering. Following the acclaimed Tecnomar for Lamborghini 63, this latest collaboration between Automobili Lamborghini and The Italian Sea Group elevates yachting to a thrilling new level, offering both adrenaline and luxury for the discerning owner.
Design Inspired by Supercars
The Tecnomar 101FT draws inspiration from Lamborghini’s limited-edition Fenomeno and the hybrid V8 HPEV Temerario. Its exterior features aerodynamic lines, hexagonal motifs, and distinctive Y-shaped details, capturing the unmistakable DNA of Lamborghini. The launch livery in Giallo Crius mirrors the automotive palette. Every detail is designed to combine aesthetics with functionality, from the front and rear lighting to the sleek hull profile. Mitja Borkert, Lamborghini’s Design Director, explains that the yacht translates Lamborghini’s super sports car DNA into the maritime realm, offering a thrilling visual and tactile experience at sea.
Performance that Excites
Beneath the deck, the Tecnomar 101FT is powered by three MTU 16V 2000 M96L engines with surface propellers, delivering a combined 7,600 horsepower. This allows the yacht to achieve a top speed of 45 knots and a cruising speed of 35 knots. The aluminium hull and planing design ensure agile handling while maintaining stability and comfort at high speeds. Onboard systems, including twin 35 kW generators, guarantee efficiency and reliability even on extended voyages.
Interior Luxury and Personalisation
The yacht accommodates up to eight or nine guests across four staterooms, supported by three crew cabins. Interiors draw inspiration from Lamborghini supercars, with hexagonal patterns, clean lines, and Y-shaped motifs echoed in colours and stitching. Owners can fully personalise the interiors, creating a bespoke environment that mirrors the exclusivity and craftsmanship of a Lamborghini.
Delivery and Ownership
The first Tecnomar for Lamborghini 101FT has been commissioned by an American owner, with the keel already laid. Delivery is scheduled for late 2027. Being larger and more bespoke than its predecessor, this model is expected to command a premium price well above that of the Tecnomar 63, reflecting its combination of performance, luxury, and meticulous craftsmanship.
