Opening in Spring 2026, Capella Kyoto brings the brand’s understated luxury to Miyagawa cho, one of Kyoto’s most historic entertainment districts. Designed by Kengo Kuma and Associates with interiors by Brewin Design Office, the hotel will feature private onsen options, natural timber finishes, and a bamboo-lined courtyard, creating a meditative atmosphere. Dining will include a refined French brasserie and an intimate omakase counter, while the Auriga Spa will offer Kyoto-rooted rituals and serene treatment spaces.
Room rates are expected from JPY 1,50,000 per night (approx. Rs 85,870).
Scheduled to open in 2026, Amanvari will rise in the Sea of Cortés on Baja’s East Cape. The resort will debut with 18 elevated casitas and residences, each framing uninterrupted views of the Sierra de la Laguna. Wellness will be central, with an open-air yoga pavillion, modern temazcal, and Aman Spa. Dining will Italian, Japanese, and Baja-inspired cuisines, complemented by a private deep-water marina.

Debuting in January 2026, Six Senses Amaala on The Red Sea, within the Triple Bay development, will feature 64 rooms, six suites, 30 villas, and 25 branded residences.
