In 2025, the MICHELIN Guide extended its legendary expertise beyond fine dining to recognise excellence in hotels with the launch of its first-ever Global MICHELIN Keys Selection. Of over 7,000 properties assessed worldwide, 2,457 were awarded One, Two, or Three MICHELIN Keys for outstanding service, design, and guest experience. India emerged prominently with 36 exceptional properties, establishing the nation as a formidable presence on the global luxury hospitality stage.

Three MICHELIN Keys

Two iconic properties achieved the highest distinction of Three MICHELIN Keys:

  1. Taj Lake Palace, Udaipur

  2. Taj Falaknuma Palace, Hyderabad
