RAK Properties, a Ras Al Khaimah-based community developer, along with the SIE Group, recently announced a partnership with Giorgio Armani for the launch of Armani Beach Residences Ras Al Khaimah. These residences, coming to life along with SIE Group, are slated to become the world’s first Armani branded villas.
Located within a natural bay on Raha Island, a premier residential district within Mina, Armani Beach Residences Ras Al Khaimah will house a limited collection of beach villas and luxury apartments. Each of these havens will offer direct access to a private beach, bow-tied with uninterrupted views of the Arabian Gulf. A stretch of coastline, famed for its views of Jebel Jais mountains and abundant marine biodiversity (think turtles, dolphins, and migrating flamingos), will complete the picture. But it’s not just an awe-inspiring setting that makes these homes unique. It’s equally, if not more, the thoughtful design and services as well.
Designed by Armani himself, alongside his team of architects, the residences will draw from the brand’s established design language and Armani’s private residences. The result? A clear aesthetic that houses neutral interiors, with an emphasis on proportion, materials, and unobtrusive luxury. The residences will also include a range of amenities, such as a members-only beach club, private experiences, curated events, concierge services, and global privileges.
Notably, the launch of Armani Beach Residences Ras Al Khaimah coincides with the silver anniversary of Armani/Casa and the golden jubilee of the Giorgio Armani brand. For Ras Al Khaimah, the launch is part of the broader Vision 2030 goals that aim to drive sustainable growth across tourism, real estate, and environmental conservation.
