Mumbai, a city known for its grand gestures and glittering soirées, is preparing for its next showstopper: a new 10,000-square-foot ballroom at Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai. Set to unveil in February 2026, this space aims to transform celebrations in the city.

Inside Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai's Upcoming Ballroom

Guests visiting the new ballroom will arrive through a 500-foot private foyer that leads into a 1,300-foot pre-function area. The true reveal comes as one steps into the main hall: a 5,700-square-foot pillarless banquet space crowned with 19-foot ceilings. Interestingly, the ballroom connects to the hotel’s 7,000-square-foot banquet facilities, offering flexibility for both intimate and large-scale functions.

Beyond just grandeur in space, though, the Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai is also assuring technological prowess. The ballroom will feature high-definition LED panelling on one side, and portable screens positioned wherever needed. Lighting can shift from warm amber for cocktails to dramatic spotlights for performances and runway shows, among others. For an enhanced culinary experience, a live kitchen can bring with it an interactive element.

For weddings, families will be guided by a dedicated specialist and banquet concierge. Think personalised welcomes with customised countdown cards and crafted luggage tags. The traditional Vidaai ceremony is a hallmark of Four Seasons weddings, wherein the team gifts take-home keepsakes stamped with the #FSMUM tag, and anniversary reminders designed to serve as mementos.
