Breguet Marine 5517 and Breguet Marine 5527 Watches: Price in India, Colours, Dials, Straps

Breguet has refreshed two of its signature nautical watches for 2026. The watchmaker has introduced new versions of the Breguet Marine 5517 and Breguet Marine 5527 watches with redesigned dials and a new hand-guilloche pattern. Among the new combinations are two titanium models: the Breguet Marine 5517 Ref. 5517TIY9TZ0 and Breguet Marine Chronographe 5527 Ref. 5527TIGATW0. Both bring the Marine collection's sporty character together with Breguet's traditional decorative craftsmanship. Notably, Breguet Marine 5517 price starts at ₹22.21 lakh, while the Breguet Marine 5527 price starts at ₹27.76 lakh, with both prices referring to the respective rubber-strap versions. Breguet Marine 5517 Watch: Price in India, Colours, Dial

The Breguet Marine 5517 Ref. 5517TIY9TZ0 watch is the simpler of the two new watches, pairing a three-hand display with a date. Its 40mm titanium case houses the self-winding Calibre 777A, which delivers a 55-hour power reserve. The case is 11.5mm thick and water-resistant to 100 metres. The colour of the Breguet Marine 5517 watch dial is a blue-gradient with Breguet's hand-guilloche Quai de l'Horloge decoration. Gold hands and numerals contrast with the titanium case, while the date is positioned at 6 o'clock. The watch is offered with either a rubber strap or a titanium strap.

Breguet Marine 5527 Watch: Price in India, Colours, Dial

The Breguet Marine Chronographe 5527 Ref. 5527TIGATW0 takes the same design direction but adds a flyback chronograph. Its titanium case measures 42.3mm across and 13.9mm thick, making it larger than the 5517. The Breguet Marine 5527 watch is powered by the automatic Calibre 582QA, which has a 48-hour power reserve and operates at 4Hz.

The Breguet Marine 5527 watch dial comes in a grey-gradient and features hand-guilloche decoration, gold hands and luminous details. The chronograph uses a large central seconds hand, with counters at 3 and 9 o'clock for the chronograph minutes and small seconds. The date is positioned at 6 o'clock. Like the 5517, it has a screw-down crown, sapphire caseback, and 100-metre water resistance.

Breguet Marine 5517 vs Marine 5527 Watches: What's The Difference?

When it comes to the Breguet Marine 5517 vs Breguet Marine Chronographe 5527 comparison, the biggest difference between the two new titanium watches is their function. The Breguet Marine 5517 is a three-hand watch with a date, while the Marine Chronographe 5527 adds a flyback chronograph and uses a larger 42.3mm case.

Their movements also differ. The 5517's Calibre 777A provides a 55-hour power reserve, compared with 48 hours for the 5527's Calibre 582QA. The latter is considerably more complex, with 346 components and a flyback chronograph mechanism.

Visually, the Breguet Marine 5517's blue-gradient dial gives it a cleaner, more understated character, while the Breguet Marine 5527's grey-gradient dial and three-counter chronograph layout make it the more technical of the two. Both, however, share the titanium construction, 100-metre water resistance and the new Quai de l’Horloge hand-guilloche treatment.
