Michelin-starred chef Massimo Bottura curates this experience, blending haute cuisine with automotive artistry to celebrate the legacy and spirit of the Prancing Horse.
A homage to Ferrari’s first iconic supercar, the 288 GTO arrives as a delicate composition of grilled oyster with tomato and cherry gelée, finished with a light mozzarella-basil foam. The dish mirrors the audacious elegance of the 1984 model, capturing boldness in both flavour and presentation.
The legendary 1987 F40 inspires a dish of sweetbread with a spicy jus, accented by plum, black garlic, and lemon mustard. Its intense, layered flavours echo the supercar’s raw performance and uncompromising spirit.
The 1995 F50 comes to life through Gragnano linguine with grilled lobster, a delicate parsley sauce, and a whisper of lemon gel. Each element reflects the supercar’s seamless blend of cutting-edge engineering and refined elegance.
Honouring Ferrari’s 2002 flagship, the Enzo, diners are treated to eel tortellini with dashi, Parmigiano Reggiano, and Grasparossa grape. Sophisticated and inventive, the dish embodies the innovation and precision that define Ferrari’s heritage.
Inspired by Ferrari’s newest marvel, the F80, the dish pairs tender pigeon with spring onion, rhubarb, rose, and spruce. It is a contemporary interpretation of tradition, reflecting the brand’s forward-thinking ethos.
Symbolising Ferrari’s vision for the future, the Speedform dessert is a refined zabaione enhanced with Villa Manodori balsamic vinegar and marasca cherry. Its design and flavour evoke innovation, elegance, and the timeless pursuit of perfection.
