Our Top 5 Luxury Women’s Watches From India Watch Week 2026
Fine timepieces with the kind of complications you want.
Jan 20, 2026
The second edition of India Watch Weekend, held in Mumbai on January 17 and 18, saw participation from horology maisons including A. Lange & Söhne, Epos, Grand Seiko, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Panerai, and Tutima, as well as independent brands Ming, Moritz Grossmann, and Nalla Nerum.
Targeted at collectors and watchmakers, the invite-only affair included discussions, showcases, and demos besides educational sessions and masterclasses helmed by The Fondation Haute Horlogerie (FHH), a foundation headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, established to preserve and promote watchmaking culture. Co-founders Karishma Karer and Punit Mehta of The Hour Makers, a digital platform for luxury watches, helped shape the event.
While the event showcased many exceptional timepieces, here is our curation of standout watches designed for women from IWW 2026.
1. Baume & Mercier
Riviera Coastline
The automatic, self-winding watch by the Swiss brand was conceived as an ode to the Côte d’Azur. The 33mm blue dial features diamonds that trace the famous French coastline, with the design extending to part of the bezel, case, and steel strap. Features include a sapphire crystal case back with a screw and water resistance up to 50m. The women’s watch is part of the Riviera Collection.

2. Charles Oudin Paris
Full Pansy Retro (mini)
The 18K gold watch by one of France’s oldest watchmaking houses is fully framed with diamonds, has a 20mm mother-of-pearl dial, and blue steel hands. You can further customise the watch—the brand urges buyers to think of their timepieces as high jewellery—by choosing three satin straps from their collection.
Price: Rs. 80,00,000
3. Moritz Grossmann
Tefnut Twist
Available in white-gold and rose-gold cases, the Tefnut Twist by the German watch manufacturer features a unique winding mechanism: the Grossmann strap winder. The watch can be wound by turning the strap attachment at 6 o’clock: an innovative solution said to have evolved from a client complaining about not being able to wind her watch without ruining her freshly painted nails. The strap is made of hand-stitched alligator leather and has a prong buckle in precious metal. In keeping with the company’s naming convention, the model is named after an ancient Egyptian deity; in this case, the Egyptian goddess Tefnut.
Price: Rs. 49,00,000
4. Doxa
Sub 200T (Aquamarine Turquoise)
Independent Swiss watch manufacturer Doxa is best known for its dive watches as well as for its design aesthetic. Doxa continues to try out different colour combinations and new materials while retaining the functionality of a dive watch. The Doxa Sub 200T offers water resistance up to 200m. Its anti-reflective coating offers clear visibility in different conditions. Features include luminous hands, including an oversized minute hand, a date window, and a unidirectional rotating bezel that allows for safe diving calculations.
Price: Rs 1,54,000
5. Genus
GNS2 Nocturne
The Swiss brand replaces watch hands with serpentine creatures and arrows at times. In the GNS2 Nocturne, there are two sets of three free-moving elements or golden arrows. The first set in the movement takes the place of the conventional hour hand and moves along the border of the watch, while a second set, symbolic of the minute hand, traces the number eight. The GNS2 Nocturne has an 18K rose-gold case and a black crocodile leather strap.
