A Bentley from 1935. A majestic 1924 Rolls-Royce from the personal collection of the late Shriji Arvind Singhji of Mewar. A 1935 Delahaye 135 owned by MS Maharaj Duleep Singhji of Jodhpur. Come 2026 and these and more icons of motoring artistry will converge at The Oberoi Udaivilas, Udaipur, for the second edition of The Oberoi Concours d’Elegance—a global celebration of automotive heritage, elegance and engineering brilliance.

After a spectacular debut in 2024, this rare celebration of automotive artistry and timeless design will once again unfold against the romantic splendour of Udaipur’s lakeside palace hotel from February 20 to 22, 2026. Expect an extraordinary showcase of classic automobiles and motorcycles, each a masterpiece in motion, curated from around the world.
“The Oberoi Concours d’Elegance has set a new standard for automotive events in India and beyond. Its global recognition is a testament to our commitment to celebrating the finest classic automobiles and motorcycles in an extraordinary setting,” says Arjun Oberoi, Chairman, The Oberoi Concours d’ Elegance Committee and Executive Chairman, The Oberoi Group.

Curated by renowned automotive historian Manvendra Singh Barwani, The Oberoi Concours d’Elegance continues its tradition of excellence, with a selection committee dedicated to ensuring the highest calibre of entrants. The committee includes names like Nigel Mathews of Hagerty, Diljeet Titus of The Heritage Motoring Club of India and Ranjit Pratap, president of The Historical Car Association of India, among several others. Barwani further stated, “This event showcases India’s deep-rooted automotive heritage and its growing significance on the global concours circuit. We look forward to gathering some of the world’s most remarkable classic vehicles, judged by an exceptional panel of experts, in a truly regal setting.”
From pre-war Rolls-Royces (1904–1945) and Maharaja-owned classics (1900–1955) to post-war American icons, Youngtimer favourites (1975–1990), and Indian coach-built rarities, the display reads like a love letter to the golden ages of motoring. Motorcycles too will command their share of admiration, with entries ranging from veteran vintages (1900–1930) to post-war racing legends of the subcontinent.

Adding authority and global allure to the judging is a panel led by Sandra Button, chairman of the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance. Alongside her, an illustrious cast of experts and motorsport legends like Sir Jackie Stewart and Jacky Ickx to Giacomo Agostini, prof. Gordon Murray, Derek Bell MBE, prof. Peter Stevens, Sir Michael Kadoorie, Jean Todt and Prince Michael of Kent, will assess entrants not just for their beauty, but for authenticity, provenance and story.
The motorcycle categories will once again be judged under the expert eye of David McKirdy, with Swiss classic car connoisseur Simon Kidston lending his voice to the event, guiding guests through this evocative journey.
From the gleaming chrome of pre-war classics to the sculpted curves of vintage motorcycles, each entry will be more than just a machine, it will be a story. For collectors, enthusiasts and aesthetes alike, the 2026 event won’t be just a showcase but an immersion into an era when automobiles were crafted as works of art.
