Mika Singh has added another rather enormous car to his garage. The singer has reportedly taken delivery of a Cadillac Escalade, a luxury SUV that is definitely not about being subtle. The American behemoth has arrived in India through a private import and is reportedly worth around ₹5 crore on the road, including import duties and registration costs. Mika's nephew, Gurdeep Mehndi, shared photos and videos of the delivery, giving fans a look at the latest addition to the singer's already extravagant car collection.
The Cadillac Escalade is not your everyday luxury SUV, particularly in India. Cadillac does not currently have an official retail presence here, so the full-size American SUV generally arrives through private import channels. That rarity is part of the appeal and probably explains why Mika’s new arrival has attracted so much attention.
The exact variant of Mika’s Escalade has not been officially confirmed, but the latest-generation model sold internationally is available with a 6.2-litre naturally aspirated V8 producing around 420 hp and 624 Nm, paired with a 10-speed automatic gearbox.
Depending on the market, the Escalade is offered with rear- or four-wheel drive. Inside, things get even more extravagant. The SUV features a huge curved OLED display, premium leather, massaging seats, multi-zone climate control, and advanced driver-assistance technology.
The Cadillac Escalade joins a garage that was already having a pretty good time. Mika Singh reportedly owns a customised Hummer H2, Range Rover Autobiography Limo, Porsche Panamera, Lamborghini Gallardo and Ford Mustang, along with several Mercedes-Benz luxury SUVs and a Toyota Land Cruiser.
That makes the Escalade an interesting addition to the collection. The Lamborghini covers the supercar territory, the Mustang brings some American muscle, and the Hummer supplies plenty of road presence and perhaps even off-road capabilities. The Cadillac, meanwhile, brings a different kind of extravagance enormous dimensions, a V8, and an interior designed to make the back seat feel like the front row.
For Mika, then, the Escalade isn't simply another luxury SUV. It is the rarest kind of celebrity garage flex: a ₹5 crore American giant that you cannot simply walk into a showroom in India and buy.
