Jubilee Hills needs very minimal introduction to anyone who follows Hyderabad’s real estate. Positioned between the business hub of Banjara Hills and the thriving HITEC City, the neighbourhood has long been the address of choice for Tollywood’s biggest names. The road numbers of Jubilee Hills read like a who's who of Telugu cinema. These include Chiranjeevi, Nagarjuna, Mahesh Babu, Ram Charan, and Prabhas. Properties here command premium pricing owing to their exclusivity, superior design, and strategic location, with values continuing to appreciate as demand from affluent buyers holds steady. Now, actor Allu Arjun, who already owns a bungalow named ‘Blessing’ in the same neighbourhood, is joining the list.
The actor is set to move into this new property in the Jubilee Hills area of Hyderabad, spread across approximately 4,000 square yards and valued at Rs 100 crore. He will be joined by his wife Sneha Reddy and their children, son Allu Ayaan and daughter Allu Arha. A housewarming ceremony is expected later this year.
The purchase comes on the back of what has been Allu Arjun's most significant professional moment to date. Pushpa 2: The Rule, released in December 2024, became the highest-grossing Indian film of all time at the domestic box office, crossing Rs 1,000 crore in its opening week. The move to a larger address in Jubilee Hills is, in that context, not a surprise. It is a statement that arrives with the kind of timing only a Rs 100 crore property in one of Hyderabad's most coveted neighbourhoods can provide.
Allu Arjun has also rented an apartment in Mumbai's Juhu Tara Road for Rs 16 lakh a month, temporarily shifting his base to the city for his pan-India projects. On the professional front, his lineup is equally substantial. Raaka, directed by Atlee and co-starring Deepika Padukone, is among the most anticipated films in his pipeline, alongside a collaboration with filmmaker Lokesh Kanagaraj, currently titled AA23 and backed by Mythri Movie Makers. Pushpa 3, with Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil returning to the cast, rounds out a slate that cements his position as one of the most commercially significant actors working in Indian cinema today.
